Mike, I apologize for the delay in responding to your review. I do remember coming out to the site at Lola Valley Terrace and reviewing the installation and your causes for concerns. I know there was delay in the installation process and there were communication barriers with our installation at the time. I also know that together we walked the entire job and created a "punch list" for the crew to pay close attention too and handle all areas to your satisfaction. Seams were repaired. Moldings were tightened up and made secure. The over zealousness of the installers on the steps displaying the dimples from the staples was also handled and taken care of. I can reassure you we stand behind the products and installation that we provide will perform. And if there should ever be a future concern I want you to personally contact me, as I will make sure everything is handled in a professional way! I am at a loss of words to express my deepest and sincerest apologies for our team letting you down. We strive for perfection with every sale and installation, but this crew let both of us down. Terry, Thank you for reaching out through Trust Pilot! I was not made aware of your situation at all. Debbie Your sales associate is not longer with us and maybe some communication was lost in translation. For that i completely apologize! The carpet you selected is a Lees product with a 25 year wear and a 25 year pet stain warranty! This situation should have been taken straight to my claims manager. I have taken it upon myself to make a copy of your file and I will have Jason our claims manager contact you and set up an inspection. We will follow through with the mill and resolve your issues! The wonderful thing about Carpet One products are the warrantees that protect you as a consumer. Please expect a call from our claims department. At that time an inspection will be set up and our findings will then go to the Manufacturer and I am confident we can resolve any issues that you have. Thank you again!! Cathy
