One of the best shopping experiences ever. I walked into the showroom. They showed me a ton of options and educated me on all different types of flooring. They then came out to my house and took the time to understand the unique conditions of my property (We converted a barn into an office. Very sandy and rocky area around the barn) They measured and sent me a quote. They called to discuss the quote to make sure I understand all the details and to answer any questions I had. No pressure. No "GOT TO BUY NOW" attitude! Just good honest people who wanted to make sure I made the best choice. A week later I called back and ordered the floor. Installation was scheduled on the day and time I wanted. The installer was fantastic. His attention to detail and professionalism was so impressive I bought him lunch. After the install they called me and wanted to make sure I was happy. The entire experience could not have been any better. We would highly recommend them. We are now having them make some custom rugs for the house.

She is a great listener, and guided us to the right products.She is an expert in flooring and 'taught us' along the way, so that we could make the choices that would be best in our home within our budget. The carpet and plank flooring are gorgeous! And to top it off, the installers are outstanding!! Every detail was tended to, and the professional conduct of these gentlemen is of the highest level. Cathy, and her staff are outstanding when it comes to Customer Service and knowledge on Carpet or Flooring. I have used Carpet One on my last 3 homes and each time the service and quality has been top notch. Not to mention she is always helping out in the Community on different events. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in carpet or flooring.
