Carpet.
Awesome company, from the initial visit and measure performed by Cathy, (little to no waste) followed by the install and the hard working installers Doug and his son....5 star!

Randy & Gail, After the first carpet was installed and you realized it was not the right product for your home....literally "Hating it"...I am so glad we were able to provide our Beautiful Guarantee and find the perfect carpet for your home. It was such a pleasure to work with you both. I truly appreciate this review and wish you many years of enjoying your new flooring. Thank you for your continued trust in Independent Carpet one!

Wouldnt use Independent Carpet again
the installers (father and son) took too long and took too many breaks ( father).also charged us 4O0 dollars extra for putting a new toilet in our half bath. And when they were finally finished, they left and our electric range wasnt working. When we called the installer, he told my husband to check the manual! They had to come back the next day to reconnect the range. We would not buy from Independent Carpet again.

Hi Larry & Jackie, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. I've looked into your account, and I can see that it was a job done by one of our old installers and his son who are no longer with the company. I feel bad that I was not made aware of the issues with the poor remarks from my installers regarding your electric range not being reconnected properly. I am also bewildered with the additional charge of installing the new toilet and you had these issues. If you'd like, please don't hesitate to reach out to me at 734-729-6200. Otherwise I apologize for your unfortunate experience.

Excellent Customer Service
I want to comment on the continued outstanding support I have received from Catherine Buchanan It’s always great to have a positive first experience, but Catherine has continued to be an amazing resource. Catherine was so helpful and supported. I had some concerns and didn't know how I was going to get get my carpet in time and instead of turning down my request for service, Catherine offered to bring samples to my home to help assist me on such short notice. My first experience working with Catherine was excellent. I have come to rely on Catherine and I am very thankful to have her there for my home carpeting needs. She worked with me from start to finsh and followed up with emails and telephone calls to make sure I was completly happy. I highly recommend Catherine and CarpetOne Business.

Great service
Went out of their way to personally come to my home and help with choices, material, colors and layout. I was having a hard time with decisions and talking the plan over with Cathy really helped the decision come together. I could not be any happier with my decision. The installers were wonderful to work with and very professional in their work ethic. I also liked the company's invoices showing breakdown of expenses. Independent Carpet is a great company to work with!

Penny & Mark, What a joy and pleasure it was to work with you on this amazing project. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this renovation. I was able to see pictures that Joe took of the flooring during the installation. I do hope to stop by in the near future and see the final project in its completion. I can only imagine how spectacular your home looks now. Enjoy your new floors and the years of beauty they will provide you!! Cathy
