We have used Independent Carpet One Westland for many flooring projects in our home. The amazing personal service we get from Kathy is worth so much to us. She really takes the time to get to know what our wants and needs are, and goes the extra mile to insure our complete satifaction. I have taken some design "risks" with her blessing, and am so glad I did! The carpet looks amazing, and I would not have taken a risk without her expert opinion, and her assurance that if I was not completely satified, that she would re-do the project for us. After every install (which is done in a timely, and very professional manner) she reaches out to us to make sure we are completely satified. Thank you Kathy, and Independent Carpet One, for making my home beautiful!!

Our entire home carpeting has been done by Caret One. We have done it over time and found each experience to be flawless. The sales and service staff is knowledgeable and provided choices that met our expectations. Allowing customers to bring carpet samples home for a few days really helps with final selection. The installers are professional and each time we had quality service and on time delivery. Overall we are very pleased with Carpet One.

Hank...You're right it is important to see the samples in the home before you make that decision! That is important to us that you are satisfied with your selection and that you love your new floor! We appreciate your kind words and review! We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again in the future! Cathy
