Wonderful flooring experience with Carpet One
I am super happy with my new tiled floor. The project was a great experience from measurement through installation. I love the product and the staff! The job was very professional especially given that there were a few issues presented from the way my original floor was laid. They addressed and corrected those issues for a perfect installation! Very precision work. Thank you for my beautiful new floor! I have already been bragging about the awesome job being done on my floor by carpet one. My new condo will soon be "home" thanks to you! Looking forward to the next project!

Great experience with Independent Carpet One Westland
Earlier this year we had our carpet replace in our Florida home, it was not a pleasant experience. So I wasn't looking forward to going through it again for our lower level here in Michigan. Our experience with Jason at Independent Carpet One Westland was GREAT, even the installation was stress free. The installers were experienced and did an excellent job. After the job was completed Jason contacted us the make sure everything was handled properly. We will certainly contact Jason for our new project next year.

Well, we are so glad we were able to turn a poor experience in Florida around and have great one here in Michigan! Although it saddens me that this could happen to anyone and turn them away from purchasing flooring a second time. Jason is definitely and asset to our company as well as our installers and I am glad you were treated well. Thank you for the kind review and we will look forward to having you visit our store again. Amazing Service ... Amazing Staff
Jeane Salter at Independent Carpet One in Westland was recommended to us by a family member and we will be forever grateful for that recommendation. We were in the final stages of construction on our new kitchen and Jeane was with us every step of the way through the process of selecting our flooring. The flooring was installed but unfortunately, the materials were faulty. There was never any hesitation by Independent Carpet One with replacing the flooring and making sure we were completely satisfied with the result...and satisfied we are! Thanks to Jeane, Jason, and the installation crew Brian, Patrick and Jeff for working so hard to make our dream kitchen a reality. We will certainly recommend Independent Carpet One to friends and family!

Linda, Oh dear!!! I am so sorry for the mess and problem with my installer's vacuum!! Our whole intent to leave your home prepared and ready for your furniture to be replaced in spot just went south!! Other than the vacuum mishap I sure hope you love your new carpet!! Thank you for letting us know about the vacuum story! I'm on it!!! Cathy

I recommend Carpet One to everyone!
I did my research with many companies and no one had as many selections as Carpet One. Catherine had extensive knowledge which respect to patterns and carpet fibers that made my decision easy.
