Postive experience, Professional Interactions & Timely Responses

We had a positive experience with Independent Carpet One in Westland. Robert provided exceptionally well-balanced service throughout the process. He responded in a very timely manner to our initial inquiry, subsequent emails and phone calls. He was knowledgable and approachable. We were also pleased with Ted, the carpet installation technician. He was courteous, skilled and I felt comfortable with him in our home. The carpet we selected met are expectations and we are very pleased with the outcome. The only thing that I did not like was the sign that was placed in our front yard. Unless someone is paying me to advertise, I do not want advertising materials placed on our property. I indicated (on our initial receipt) that I did not want the sign (there was a spot for this) and also during a phone call I received the day before the installation. The lady who called asked about the sign and I was very clear about our desire not to have the sign displayed. Perhaps there was a miscommunication about the sign. At any rate this little mishap would not influence my willingness to conduct business in the future. I would recommend Independent Carpet One Westland without reservations.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review. Robert is a wonderful flooring consultant as well as Ted our Installer. We are blessed to have such a great team. But we must have faltered when it came to the lawn sign and for that I apologize. Somehow lines of communication must have gotten crossed. We truly appreciate your business and we look forward to the future when we can work with you again. Enjoy your new floor! Cathy Buchanan-Owner
