Super friendly laid back staff
Super friendly laid back staff! No pressure, not pushy, but very helpful! I came in on a Friday and the staff were all wearing jeans and carpet one shirts. I think that was great! I would totally buy carpet from them again! Installers also did a great job and were quick and efficient!

Oh Gerilynn, Thank you for the very sweet review. We never really know how our customers respond to our casual jean Fridays. We try to make sure our staff has a free day, they work very hard everyday and sometimes a casual day like that aids in the positive atmosphere of the store. We look forward to working with you again for your future flooring needs and until then enjoy that new floor and we are so grateful for your business. Catherine Buchanan-Owner

Best Flooring experience ever!
Our Sales Person / Interior Decorator, Janet, was amazing! Her knowledge of the products, her ability to mix and match our new vinyl floor with our new carpet made the rooms look perfect! Our installers for both the vinyl floor and the carpeting were friendly, prompt, professional and efficient. A totally exceptional team all around!
