Well worth the drive
From the showroom to our den, it was, as expected, a great experience. Love the carpet! Service, including sales and installation, was perfect. We cross town, driving past many carpet stores because this is what we've come to expect AND out of loyalty and gratitude for your generous support of Komen Detroit Race for the Cure -- donation and maintenance of the iconic pink carpet. Companies who give back to the community deserve our support.

Maureen, Such a pleasure as always to work with you and most importantly support the Komen Detroit race for a Cure. It's been our pleasure all the way around from meeting you years ago as we became partners in the fight against breast cancer to helping you with your home. We truly do appreciate your trust and confidence in our products and service. And we are always here for you no matter what. Thank you again and enjoy that new carpet! Catherine Buchanan- Owner

Carpeting and Flooring
We had both carpeting and flooring installed during extensive remodeling. Independent Carpet One was wonderful scheduling the installation to meet and work around our convoluted contractor completion issues. Whenever we had a delay or schedule issue they quickly adjusted to help us out. Can't say enough good things about them. Our salesperson (Janet D) helped us coordinate our decorating with the flooring and carpet choices with ideas we never considered. The finished product is beautiful.

The floor looks great
The floor looks great, however, it's not finished. It was installed June 26, 2017 and still isn't completed. I initiate calls to inquire and haven't received call back.

They were courteous, professional, and the job was done well. This is the second time we have used them. If I need anything done with any type of flooring needs, they are the first company we go to.
