I honestly don't understand where the negative reviews are coming from. I've been using Imperfect Foods for a little over a month now and I just love it. It has made my life so much easier! When you sign up you clearly choose how often you want your food to be delivered, and it is clearly stated when your cart will be filled, how long you have to edit your cart, and when your the items in your cart will be processed. There was even a week where my food wasn't able to be delivered for some reason, and they made sure it was delivered the next day, still fresh, still cold! Thanks Imperfect Foods!

My friend Grace has been enjoying the produce and bread from this company. She really likes how the company delivers fresh food to her. Everything was perfect in the box. Nothing rotted or spoiled. Keep up the good work!!

i WENT TO THE WEBSITE TO CHECK WHAT WAS AVAIABLE IN MY AREA, THEY WANT ALL YOUR INFO BEFORE THEY WILL EVEN SHOW YOU THE BOXES. i GOT TO THE LAST INFO PAGE WICH THEY WANT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO, I CLOSED THE PAGE AND WENT ELSEWHERE TO FIND INFO AND FOUND HORRIBLE REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO WAIT. THEY SOLD MY INFORMATION AND I STARTED GETTING CALLS AND SPAM SO THEY STILL MADE MONEY OFF OF ME BUT IT WILL NEVER BE FOR THIER CRAP FOOD AND SERVICE. JUST BEWARE AND DONT FILL OUT ANYTHING, EVEN IF YOU CLOSE IT OUT LIKE I DID THEY STILL GOT YA.

I'm really disheartened to be writing this review but I used to LOVE Imperfect -- they fed me all of last fall and the produce was amazing. Mind you, I didn't have any discounts applied back then. I decided to restart this month and I was given the incentive of a 30% off my first three orders -- the first order I received two weeks ago I was so disappointed. The kale turned yellow in two days and the sweet potatoes gathered mold. This week I received my second order with the discount and lo and behold I'm missing 1/3 of my order. Is it because I'm getting a discount that the produce I'm getting is bad or I'm last priority if anything runs out? I'm not sure what's going on but the quality of the produce and their ability to simply deliver the order you've requested is not to be trusted. Third time to trust this company is shame on me, so I'll be cancelling my subscription with them this week. Though a note: the customer service folks were very nice and refunded me... but it's not what I care about if I was expecting produce delivery on a certain time and day. Also, they couldn't redeliver the items to me (even the following week) because it's not in their policy. I might've stayed if they had helped remedy that error, but this service so far has been making my life harder vs easier. My experience wasn't even a hit or miss, it was two misses :( Good luck and I hope the service improves!

I don’t recommend imperfect food ,I found the cost to be much higher than what I normally pay and I didn’t get as much for my money, the package it is poor, I had damaged goods witch I had to throw out. Save your money go to your local stores.

After one order, my food was all smashed into multiple pieces. First off, the deliverer didn't even ring the doorbell to let me know that my food was here. Additionally, the food that I received wasn't even the correct food that I ordered. I signed up for a 20% discount, and the company lied to me by changing me the full amount. Nothing was packaged, and the food was thrown into a small box. What I got was basically garbage. I felt completely scammed by this company. Your money will go so much further in a local store.

I've been using Imperfect Foods for 2 months or so and it's been great for me. I have a week to plan my meals with the ingredients I order, and minus one missing item which was quickly resolved, I've never had any concerned with the products delivered. Remember to review/update your order each week to ensure you don't get items you don't want. The reminder comes every Monday for me and I always review, exclude and add items for my Friday deliveries. Sorry to see the negative reviews, as Imperfect Foods is my weekly "grocery shopping" now.

i received an order i placed .the order was poorly packed.items looked as if they were just tossed into the box cherries i had ordered were rolling around in the bottom of the packing box. jars of puddng were loose in the box.the first boxes i received were left out on my porch and not retrieved by me until later in the day. they were so heavely packed i had to unpack them on the porch and bring the items inside on my rollater. i am handycapped and it would be a big help to me if the driver would let me know when he arrrives so i could get him to bring heavy boxes inside for me.
