Imperfect FoodsReviews of imperfectfoods.com

Imperfect has helped me to try lots of new foods and amazing recipes, and the customer service is personable and helpful! I appreciate the way the deliveries save me time, and a reminder on my phone makes sure I never miss my shopping window, whether I need and order or need to skip one.

I love Imperfect Foods! I have been a customer since 2017 and now buy everything from ugly produce to all of my staples from them. They've had some rough patches (especially during the pandemic), but their customer service is top notch, they are extremely responsive, and I love doing my shopping with people who care about our planet and our people.

I was a subscriber to Misfits Market for nearly 2 years. After countless missing or broken boxes, I switched to Imperfect Foods. Nearly a year later, I have no regrets! My deliveries arrive on time, in great shape, and I love have my packaging returned and reused.

I've been a customer for a few months now and once I got used to customizing during the shopping window, it's been really convenient. Snacks and produce arrive right to my door!

Imperfect Foods is an incredible company! Their customer service is top-notch compared to any others I've interacted with and even when small mistakes are made they quickly make things right. Amazing!!

I've been using Imperfect for about 8 months, and so far it's been really convenient. I've had a couple of small issues, but support has always been really helpful.

I've been a customer for over a year and I love it! Easy to use once you read the FAQ and their customer service is easy to access and super helpful. It's a subscription and a grape one

I'm obsessed with Imperfect Foods! I love that I get to customize my orders, their huge variety of options to choose from (including yummy branded items I can only get and find through them), and I LOVE that I'm fighting food waste with every order. Occasionally I might get a piece of produce that is a bit too ripe, but their customer care team is always quick and kind to make it up to me. And following them on social media is fun because they give so many great food waste saving tips and tricks! Honestly, Imperfect Foods has changed my life for the better, and I'm never going back!
