I had an issue with a product, and the customer service team quickly responded and helped to resolve the issue that same day. They were extremely friendly and helpful, and I ended up getting a new replacement product for free! Besides for this one time, I've had a great experience with all of Ilia's products, and would truly recommend them!

Their customer service is awesome!! I didn’t select the right shade so I emailed customer service and they got a new one shipped within 24hrs. Their products are the best too!

The first time I applied ILIA Barrier Build Skin Protectant Cream to my face it felt light, smooth and clean. I also noticed that I didn’t have to use as much on my face as I have had to do with other creams. Less than three nights later I saw that some of my forehead creases were definitely less visible. I felt very pleased that this online purchase was made. The team of Ilia Beauty is outstanding. It’s almost like you’re having a Virtual conversation instead of emailing or texting. I look forward to a Clean New beginning for my face 💫

Ilia is brand I’ve enjoyed using for awhile now. Recently, my order included mascara and blush stick. The mascara is my all time favorite, the formula and the wand are fantastic! The blush stick is a great product, I picked the wrong color. The color I selected made my complexion muddy, so the customer service associate, Romelen, was so kind sharing options to either replace or refund the product. I will go in-store to find the correct color and refund this purchase. Thank you Ilia! Your brand is awesome!❤️

The web site is wonderful for choosing colors, in that they will approximate based on other brands, quiz you on your skin and preferences and answer any questions you might have. Most cosmetic stores do NOT sell clean makeup, even though it is advertised as so. The EWR is a good site for assessing what you choose to put on your skin each day, as I always wear some makeup. They replaced a product that seemed less than satisfactory with immediate response from their team. I am excited to try more products when it's economically feasible.

I started out by searching the internet for the best non toxic makeup brand. I searched for days and read hundreds of reviews. By the end of my research, Ilia was my #1 top makeup brand that I had to get my hands on. I purchased my first order with ease as their website was user friendly, included helpful components, and offered many samples which was very exciting. The BEST part of my whole experience, besides their fantastic makeup line, was their OUTSTANDING customer service!! When I contacted Ilia’s customer service, I was kindly greeted by Kortnii and Natalie through email and they were both beyond helpful, efficient in their emails, kind, and absolutely amazing to chat with. I was so grateful for their AMAZING customer service as they kindly problem solved with me and their dedication to help me with my purchases definitely solidified an Ilia customer for life. Great products and excellent customer service. I originally purchased a foundation shade that was slightly off and their team walked me through selecting one that was better suited to my skin tone and offered to ship me a new bottle. They could not have been better informed or more helpful!
