I made a mistake in the payment of my order. Immediately wrote to ILIA Customer Service and received an efficient and kind response within a very few hours. Customer service of a kind one hopes for these days but rarely gets. Already love ILIA's products and am most impressed with their treatment of customers.

Ilia’s products are absolutely outstanding — high-quality, clean, and thoughtfully formulated. The entire experience, from shopping to wearing the products, has been exceptional. A special thank you to Kortnii, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect foundation shades and guide me through the rest of the makeup line. The customer support was just as impressive as the products themselves. I’m genuinely so happy with everything I purchased and can’t recommend Ilia enough!

The customer service rep whom I worked with, Gabi, made the whole process so smooth. She anticipated my needs and just made things happen!

I reached out to Ilia because I got a few notifications asking me how I liked my product and I had not received it yet. Suspecting a carrier error, I wondered if they could track it and find the picture evidence of where the carrier left the package. Rather than doing that - which in and of itself would have been superior customer service, Aika immediately issued a new package with my products. In the meantime, after initiating the process to get new products to me, my neighbor stopped by with my original package that had been delivered to her door instead of mine a few days prior. I immediately reached out to Aika to see if the replacement package could be stopped or how to return it when it arrived. Instead, she offered for me to just keep it or share it with a friend. This kind of customer service builds brand loyalty AND leaves you feeling a little bit loved by your favorite brand. It’s a rarity these days. Keep up the good work, Ilia!

This customer service has been excellent. I love Ilia products and had a very minor issue with one I bought. Gabi has been amazing, so helpful and really fast replies. Everything was resolved quickly and in such a lovely way. Thank you Ilia and Gabi. Not just a fabulous brand but excellent customer service too.
