They have high protein pancakes now. A great addition!!!

While visiting the IHOP at Kempsriver crossing in Virginia Beach, I ordered the 2-2-2 deal at approximately 12:30 PM on Thursday 16Jun22. I had not eaten anywhere else, including at my home, during the day in question. When I returned to the restaurant afterwards to inform them about the situation, both the manager and the owner refused to accept any responsibility nor refund any of my money (Bill was ONLY $6.68). The owner then inferred that it may have been alcohol related (I don't drink alcohol). They did not apologize nor offer any discount or refund, then quickly asked me to leave the premises indicating the police would be called if I didn't leave. I then offered to wait for the police outside, but they never actually came. Very bad business etiquette. I will never eat there again, not because of the presumed food poisoning, but because of their attitude toward me when I informed of myself getting sick. VBHD and VHD were notified of the issue. I hope this message may help someone else avoid this horrible IHOP & restaurateur.

Ihop in Palm Desert, California has good food, but the service is mostly slow up to 1 hour, making the line long with the end outside the door, and it's always crowded like In N Out Burger. People are rude and are waiting impatiently and aggressively in line all frustrated and servers are slow and rude. The prices are expensive with inflation that range up to 90 dollars. Do NOT go to that Ihop.

IHOP 2211 Kūhiō Ave., Honolulu, We came in for dinner and had to send both burgers back because they were still cold in the middle. Gave them another chance for breakfast the next day, but even after repededly asking for syrup and cutlery, we finally fetched it ourselves from another table. When the food arrived it was missing one pancake in one stack, the other was first delivered to another table, sat there a few minutes, then brought to us (cold). Service was at an absolute minimum, and the food was barely OK..

Not a huge fan but they are welcoming and very nice.

9 of us went to your IHOP in Limon, COLORADO on March 30,2022 for a meeting brunch. The service was ok but the wait for our meal was 48 minutes and the food was cold. We contacted the manager and he didn’t care and was very rude, blamed everything on the staff. He said it wasn’t his problem and if we didn’t like the food not to come back. They weren’t busy either.

I was just at IHOP I had a amazing experience the food was great everyone was friendly.The sad thing is that there was only one waitress and we were the only people there. This kept crossing my mind why we’re people not eating at this amazing friendly place . People should be signing up to work there like it’s a great place. Oh and kids eat free on Monday’s.

My husband and I had breakfast at the IHOP in Lexington, Virginia (Store# 5634). Our food was excellent and our server, Sonya, was very professional and courteous from the moment we were seated and until we were finished with our meal and ready to leave the restaurant. I commend Sonya's thoroughness and courtesy very much and appreciate 100% her service while we were there.
