Timeline of Deception: Jan 11, 2026: Ordered and CANCELED on the same day. Received confirmation of cancellation. Jan 14, 2026: Despite cancellation, they shipped via DHL. They forced ME to contact logistics while I was in Taiwan and the item was in HK. Late Jan: I refused delivery in Taiwan and completed extensive paperwork to return the item. Feb 2026: Found out they STILL CHARGED my credit card on the original order date (Jan 11). I contacted customer support multiple times and only received robotic, template responses. No refund date, no transaction ID, no proof of processing. Warning to all: This is a typical Chinese company masquerading as an international entity. They have zero integrity in their refund process. I have already filed a formal dispute with my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM HYPERSHELL.

I would give 0 stars, but clearly am unable. I received this as a gift. I have a rare disease, and my husband thought this would help. When he gave it to me, it was a Saturday. On Monday, I headed to the doctor to see if she approved. My dr gave me some exercises to try out and then report back to her. I did, and she called me with her findings and recommended that I not use it because it will give me false security and still cause strain on my muscles. Therefore, we started the return process. They asked for pictures, which we provided, of an almost brand-new item since it had not even been taken out of the home. Two days later, they finally respond and now reject it because it exceeded the 14-day limit. Customer service is absolutely terrible!

I would like to start by saying that I bought a hyperShell carbon exoskeleton for my mother and everything went wrong from the start because the delivery company yodel lost the package. The delivery man literally left the package on the street in in what is in my opinion, a criminal ac of negligence. this was not the fault of Hypershell. But what is amazing about this company is how they dealt with the issue right from the start with constant communication with me and special thanks go to a unique lady called Enas in charge of customer relations who wasted no time in managing the situation and ensuring that a solution can be found. This carried on for two weeks while they investigated the loss of a very valuable package. this lady deserves the highest praise for her management of the situation and she does great credit to her company. Within two weeks I had a replacement package. This has been one of the best crisis management situations that they have seen from a Major company. They lost no time in dealing with the problem professionally and also reassuring us all the time. And and by the way, my mother loves the Product.!!!! Please try their exoskeleton. It's a game changer and they will really look well after you

I purchased the hypershell because I have a muscular condition and I was wondering if it would assist me. After trying the product I realised that it wouldn't help my specific condition. I started a return and the process was very smooth. I was initially a bit sceptical of the return address provided (UK), because it didn't appear to exist on Google maps, however the return did arrive okay and my refund was processed and is back in my bank account. I wanted to share my experience because there are so many negative reviews on here that I was a bit worried - but everything turned out okay!

Real nightmare waiting for fake delivery email for 4 days now. It suppose to deliver to Canada, received email said it successfully delivered to China to a different person. Email support for help, it totally ignore my email request for help and response saying hope I enjoy the product and thanks me for good review. After paying close to $3000 CAD and still did not receive the product and did not receive any help from support. I am start wondering if this is a scam!!

They are not honouring their return policy and are sending me fake return shipping information. Very dodgy company. Hypershell, if you don't co-operate I will publish the entire email trail of your fake shipping information and lies.

They arrived. They are a legit company. The device seems like it could be life changing. But and the big but... When you give a company close to £1000 you expect good communication. It says on the website to ship to the UK it takes five business days to deliver. My order stayed processing for 7 days and every time I emailed for an update delivery time frame all I would get is the response 'your ordering is being processed' and then any reply after that ignored until I waited a couple of days to email on a new thread. All of a sudden yesterday I had a message from a UK logistics firm to say your order will be delivered tomorrow so I have come to assume they ship the item and until it reaches the country of destination it just shows as processing. Leaving for an infuriating experience of not knowing what the hell is going and if you have been scammed for nearly a grand. Thankfully they are now in my hands. Great company just need to work on customer communication now as I'm worried if I have to put in any kind of warranty claim I'll be met with the same substandard customer service once again.
