Absolutely brilliant cured my dropped foot over night game changer

Great experience with Hypershell. Enjoying using the machine to combat fatigue on longer walks and hikes. Shipping did get a week delayed but excellent communication throughout, kind and courteous. Arrived well packaged and easy to set up! Love it!

I was initially optimistic about Hypershell. Their website clearly positions the product as useful for people with mobility challenges, and I was encouraged by the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, my experience with their support and refund process has been extremely disappointing. The delivery within the EU took 45 days, with no clear communication or updates. I repeatedly had to contact the carrier myself because Hypershell’s support team simply kept saying they were “escalating” the issue, but nothing changed. After 35 days of no progress, I initiated a chargeback (which I was legally entitled to). Ironically, the product arrived about 10 days later. I returned the device, and Hypershell confirmed they received it and that a refund would be issued. It has now been over 23 days, and no refund has arrived. Their support takes days to respond and continues to promise “escalation” without any real action. For a high-value item, this is unacceptable. I’m glad the product works for some people, but the way this company handles logistics and refunds is far below the standard expected in the EU. I would strongly advise caution before purchasing.

Ordered the product directly from the company on 9/22 but cancelled promptly as I had read Amazon reviews. Customer service rep told me the charge wouldn’t go through since it hadn’t shipped. A week and a half week later after being charged, they’ve ghosted any of my cs queries. Both chat and multiple emails have been ignored. I’m attempting to do a chargeback with my debit card but it’s not possible. My bank is still investigating but I’m afraid I may be outv$1100. This company is at best unethical and at worst, a scam operation. I would strongly advise anyone against ordering anything from this company as you will not have any post sales service, assuming the product arrives. Unfortunately, being a foreign entity, it is impossible to go after them in small claims court or legally. This company should go bankrupt and cease all operations. Buyer beware

I read reviews before buying and they were good. I even emailed customer service when I placed my order and Aya got back to me repeatedly and promptly! Then mine arrived finally on August 27th and it didn’t work. It simply doesn’t move. I have emailed the email address provided, same as before, asking to return it 4 times between Sept. 4 and Sept. 11 and gotten no response. This was expensive and I was hoping it would help me walk for exercise. Unfortunately it actually hurts my back and does not add any help in moving as was advertised. I came back to look,at the reviews and see that others are having the same experience! It is as if the company has disappeared! My order # is HSGL7555 for verification.

I bought the Hypershell Pro X for my mother, who has issues walking after an operation. We tried it for 5 minutes but sadly, it didn’t work for her. I contacted customer service for sending it back but never got a response. This is unacceptable.

Can’t Recommend Sadly having purchased the most expensive model it only came with the one battery, not two as advertised. Although the device is awesome their after sales communication is abysmal. Obviously just happy in taking your money and not resolving issues. I dread to think if I ever need to claim against the warranty. Was going to buy a second one but have now opted to go elsewhere. Real shame as it’s really helped with my mobility as I have MS. CANT Recommend as I have just come up against complete email silence and been constantly ignored. Such a disappointment
