I ordered the Hypershell Exo on their website, shelling out a significant chunk of change back in January 2025. Twenty days ticked by – nothing. No reply, no shipping notice. Radio silence. Three weeks went by, and still not a bloody word from Hypershell. No customer support emails, no explanations, no shipping updates. You'd think they were running a ghost operation. I started suspecting I was being conned, so I contacted their so-called customer support via email. Here's the kicker – instead of fixing the mess, Hypershell went ahead and canceled my order. Just like that, I lost my priority. Unbelievable. To say I'm pissed would be putting it mildly. This experience has been an absolute clusterf**k. Their customer service is atrocious. If you're considering ordering from Hypershell, my advice is simple: don't. Save yourself the hassle and rage.

I paid for the Hypershell on February 11, 2024, but a year later I still haven't received the order. My order number #1262. The company only promises to send the goods. Judging by the number of videos on YouTube, only a few bloggers received this device, they do not send the goods to buyers. Beware of this company, they take money, but do not send the product.
