Very disappointing experience with Hypershell I purchased a Hypershell exoskeleton expecting it to be a reliable, well-built device. Unfortunately, after only around two months of use, screws became detached from the device, causing it to fail. What I find particularly disappointing is the response regarding the problem. Surely a device costing this much should not be expected to have screws coming loose after only a couple of months’ normal use. I bought the Hypershell because I wanted a dependable product that would genuinely assist me with walking and activity. Instead, I have been left questioning its build quality and long-term reliability. A device that fails after approximately two months is not what I would consider acceptable for a premium product. I hope Hypershell will properly address this issue and explain how they intend to prevent it from happening again. At this price, I would expect much better quality and customer support.

Ganz schlimm…..ganz schlechter, nicht vorhandener Support! Kurz: ich habe bei der Firma bestellt, wollte jedoch die Adresse nachträglich ändern, da das Ganze auf die Firma laufen sollte. Ich habe dann storniert, da sich die Firma nicht gemeldet hatte, der Artikel wurde aber trotzdem verschickt und in Rechnung gestellt (in den eigenen AGBs der Firma steht, das Hypershell hier 24h bis zur Auslieferung wartet und eine kostenlose Stornierung ermöglicht). Jetzt schreibe ich seit 5 Tagen mit den Leuten hin- und her, und ich soll den Artikel auf meine Kosten nach Spanien versenden. Ferner wurde die Rechnung ohne Mehrwehrtsteuerausweis ausgestellt, obwohl aus Deutschland verschickt!

I bought Hypershell Ultra from their website, they sent another product. I tried to return the product, they accept it but do not refund the money back even they said they will... Think twice while buying from this company please...

Das Gerät verbindet sich nicht mit der App. Wenn doch dann steht es wegen Betriebsfehler aus. Wir geben es zurück. Mal sehen ob das funktioniert. Kundenservice antwortet aber diese Angaben helfen nicht. Nicht empfehlenswert. Nicht kaufen!!

Extremely disappointing experience. My order was sent to the wrong place, but I was still charged $2,699. I spent a huge amount of time following up and trying to resolve the issue, and the process became exhausting and frustrating. In the end, I did not receive my money back through normal support channels and had to open a dispute with my bank to try to recover my payment. I feel like my time was wasted and the whole experience caused unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Company is high end scammer. The product is crap and requires a smart devices to function which they don't tell you. I requested a refund and they tried to smart talk me into keeping the product and when I reasserted a refund request they asked me for all these erroneous things to facilitate the return like serial numbers photos of the box photos of the item condition of the item when it's their job to facilitate their own Inapection. I emailed them 8x to ask for a refund and have been ignored. when I sent everything they asked for and demanded a return they stonewalled me. This is not a reputable company and their product does not work they are simply here to make a quick buck and go bankrupt in a few short yrs.

My father sent back the Exoskeleton for Mobility Support by middele March 2026 - after 6 weeks the support custmers answer on 28Th April to refund the money within 8/15 days - at today nothing is arrived as accredit on credit card

I bought a walking-assist device from eu.hypershell.tech for €879 ($1035). After trying it, I realized that it simply was not suitable for me. The product was not defective, but it did not suit my needs at all. This is something I could only know after actually testing it. I am disabled, and walking is part of my medical treatment. Because of repeated hospital visits and medical care, I was unable to submit my return request within the 14-day return period. I received the product on September 19, 2025 and submitted my return request on October 13, 2025. What I find unacceptable is the company’s extreme rigidity. Even after I explained my medical situation, Hypershell refused any refund, any exception, and any goodwill gesture. No flexibility, no understanding, no empathy. I am now left with an expensive product that does not suit me, simply because the company refuses to move even slightly from its policy. In my experience, Hypershell showed zero empathy and treated my situation with complete indifference. I cannot recommend this company.
