I would rate 5 start to the hardware, it was most impressive and effective technologic tool I've seen since years. At beginning I would have rated 5 stars also the effective assistance. They accepted a refund except 30 euro of shipment. I tested Hypershell with great satisfation by my mother, the effective user, could not enjoy it, it didn't read her short steps, unfortunately so we had to send it back. They promised a refund within a maximum of 15 working days (which is a lot but ok, their home their rules) but after almost one month of empty like AI generated messages I preferred to cut it short and ask PayPal the promised refund. Woudl I buy it again? Yes, for my personal use but, by the moment, I can't yet afford it. Do not buy it if you have any walking problem, it is a great tool only if you are fit enough to use it. As they say, it is not and does not want to be a medical device. I would have loved to rate them five stars but refund toom simply too much time.

These people have been sitting on my money since early February 2026. They never delivered the hypershell exoskeleton and making the refund process extremely and deliberately slow. I have not received the refund either yet. Stay away from these fraudulent people. They do not even respond to their emails. I see other people with similar issues too. They will be reported eventually.

Warning to buyers: Hyper Shell’s refund process was painfully slow. I had to escalate the issue through PayPal just to get traction, and despite that, it still took almost 2 months to receive my refund. That is ridiculous. If you’re considering buying from this company, just know that if anything goes wrong, getting your money back may be a long and frustrating ordeal.

I didn’t like this product but I know some people really like it . I suspect you have to try it for yourself . The return process was not as easy as they claim . They could do better . At first I had put one star as I was annoyed they were taking time to refund . They told me they are working to do better . Good communication though .

I received very fast and professional support from HyperShell. The replies were quick, polite and very helpful. A special thank you to Yousef from the support team for his excellent assistance. He handled my request professionally and resolved the issue quickly. Highly appreciated and definitely five stars.

Paid for a product I don’t have I ordered a Hypershell exoskeleton and it arrived defective. Support told me to return it for a replacement. I did exactly that. Now months have passed and I still have nothing. Every time I ask for an update, I get the same excuse: “the replacement unit is in final testing”. So the situation is simple: I paid for a product, returned the defective one as instructed, and now I’m left with nothing. No replacement. No shipping. No real solution. For a company selling expensive tech products, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Either send the replacement immediately or issue a full refund.

Als Mag ja sein dass das Gerät selber eine tolles tolle Sache. Aber der Kundenservice hat -10 Punkte. es ist eine absolute Zumutung die Akkus waren nach einem Monat defekt und ließen sich nicht mehr laden und ich warte jetzt schon seit einem Monat auf Ersatz. Die Akkus haben eben keine Reichweite von 17 km auf kleinster Stufe sondern gerade mal vier auf flacher Ebenen .absolute Kundentäuschung Ich würde dieses Gerät nie wieder kaufen. Ein Gerät das über 1000 € kostet und dann defekte Akkus und dann 20 E-Mails die hin und her gehen weil diese Kundenservice Menschen es nicht fertig bringen Ersatzakkus zu schicken. Zu sagen es ist Luft nach oben wäre schon zu viel gelobt
