I purchased a Hypershell around 2 years ago and recently had issues and needed repairs. I was initially disappointed that I couldn't find a contact phone number but I emailed support and they were very attentive to my concerns. They sent me a return label and were more than fair with the repair and quickly shipped it back. Great customer service!

Yusuf was very helpful us to resolve the problem of our hyper shell carbon X skeleton we bought. It took only less than 12 hours to reply our question because our app was not communicating with the skeleton and reply was very clear that what we need to do in order to activate our battery for a long time with the right type of charger so we need and after five hours, our airport is working perfect with the exhaust skeleton. We are very pleased and impressed with the timely answer was given by the technical support of hyper shell company, and we hope that such help will be given to all the customers in present and future so that people can be happy buying hyper shell ex skeleton. Outstanding attention to customer satisfaction. The company has come a long way since its launch. I had a small problem with the updated app, which was resolved promptly and the product has been a tremendous help in improving my leg strength and alleviating my mobility issues.

Great improvement to my life. I walk every day, but I typically came home dead tired. Hypershell adds spring to my steps and a new lease on life. I believe it even improves my posture. Highly recommended.

I disagree with some comments regarding the customer service. I found it to be excellent. My Pro X had a critical failure 13 months after purchase. Customer service replied quickly and I received a new replacement a few weeks later. Highly recommend!

Honestly has changed the way I am able to go to the park. Package arrived in 2 days here in Belgium. Nothing negative to say for now.

I cannot say enough good things about Hypershell, Youssef, and the entire customer support team. My dad has been using his Hypershell X Pro, and it has honestly changed his life in such a meaningful way. My dad had a childhood injury when he was only 6 years old that significantly affected his mobility. He had to learn how to walk again, and at that time, in the 1950s, there was very limited physiotherapy available to him. Because of that, he has walked with a prominent limp for most of his life. As he has gotten older, his mobility has become more and more limited. Walking has become harder, slower, and more tiring for him. The moment he put on the Hypershell, he was filled with emotion. It was such a powerful thing to witness. He said he had never walked this well since his life-altering injury at 6 years old. As his daughter, seeing that kind of joy and freedom return to him was incredibly moving. This device has given him back something so valuable: confidence, independence, and the ability to enjoy walking again. It is not just about helping him walk farther, although that has been amazing. It is about watching him feel supported, capable, and encouraged in his own body. The joy it brings him is honestly one of the most amazing things to see. The Hypershell also seems to offer him a form of physical support that feels almost therapeutic. Because of his injury, he has struggled with lifting his leg properly and often drags his foot when he walks. With the support of the device, he is able to lift, move, and step with much more ease instead of dragging his foot. It supports the movement of his leg in a way that has made a real difference in his walking and daily life. When his device needed repair, I was nervous because I knew how much he depended on it. But from every experience we have had with Hypershell, the company has been amazing. Youssef and the entire team were kind, professional, responsive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. They confirmed when the device was safely received, kept us updated throughout the process, prioritized the repair, and sent tracking information as soon as it was dispatched. Every message felt thoughtful and reassuring. It never felt like we were just another order number. It felt like there were real people on the other side who understood how much this device meant to my dad and to our family. Youssef especially was fantastic. His communication was clear, warm, and helpful, and he made the whole process feel easy and cared for. I am so grateful to the entire Hypershell team for creating a product that has made such a powerful impact on my dad’s life, and for standing behind it with such excellent customer service.
