I’m an avid golfer and a regular user, fan, & believer in Hyperice’s Normatec products! I own two sets of Normatec Elite Hips & Normatec Go calf sleeves! I sent a detailed explanation with photos of a battery problem with my newest “Go” sleeves. Customer Support response was immediate, instructions were detailed & easy to follow. In less than a month I received new “Go” sleeves! It was the finest customer service experience I have had in some time! THANK YOU Hyperice!
