Purchased Normantec Elite $1800 over 3 weeks ago. Delivery said 2-8 days. Company is difficult to contact. No telephone numbers. Non-committal email from them to say they will tell me when order on its way. Still no confirmed delivery date. My son’s birthday date now passed. Don’t advertise 2-8 days delivery if you can’t guarantee. Extremely disappointed with service. We’re not dealing with small $ here.

I am a veteram Hyperice client, over 6 years. I love their products and now I love their customer service almost as much! My Gen 2 unit had developed a nasty vibration. It was supposed to be a replacement for my Gen 1 trustworthy workhorse Hyperice massage gun. Alas, the basic unit did not hold up to the rigors I had in store. Breanna understood my situation. She upgraded me to a Pro 2 unit to meet my needs. It's perfect! It's such a refreshing customer service experience. Intelligent people that are working to keep their patrons satisfied. Cheers!
