Fantastic Customer Service! I emailed Hyperice regarding the Venom 2 Back Massager having a noise issue. I use this product almost daily due to a low back issue. It works better than anything else that I’ve tried, and I’ve tried many! Breanna got back to me quickly asking for more information. Even though my 1 yr. warranty just passed Hyperice sent a replacement. I was a big fan of their products before this issue. Now I’m also a big fan of their support and especially of Breanna! The cost is well worth it when you get a great product with fantastic customer support.
