We had a somewhat unique purchasing experience with our Normatec lower body package purchase, so I contacted Hyperice for help and guidance prior to buying through Amazon. To be honest, I was nervous because a product of this professional quality is pricey, and I didn't want anything to go wrong. Jack was incredibly helpful through the whole process and helped us navigate through our specific situation. My husband is wearing the legs now and has declared that this is "his favorite thing ever." He's a cyclist who logs about 7000 miles a year, and I'm a former powerlifter in the process of a knee rebuild.
