This thing is very difficult to clean. It is impossible to operate as an HOB UNIT. Once mounted you cant access anything. The drain came pre-jammed. The adjustment for the HOB mounting requires 3 hands and has almost no adjustment. When the main filter needs cleaning it must be removed. The filter media is a bunch of beads that go everywhere if you are not prepared.

I always love the lights and heaters, the lights really help my plants when starting a new tank and reduce the melting by a lot! I got a filter, the usb sponge, to try for the first time and unfortunately it stopped working within a couple of days, but getting a new one sent out was super simple! Ginger from the customer support team was super helpful! The replacement filter works great and I have had zero issues since!

I bought 3 of the HOB canister filters. One was defective. Customer service walked me thru several ways to fix it. When none of those worked, they sent a replacement filter right away. Great communication and stand behind their products. And these filters beat regular HOB hands down. Will buy again.

A part of my aquarium filter was broken on arrival. One quick message to Hygger and a replacement part was send directly to me. What a great customer service!

Temp sensor schon bei 2 geräte nach 6 monate defect. Kein gutes produkt. Bei Amazon gekauft vor 6 monate und rücksendung nicht möglich. Nachdem Hygger dies gelesen hat bekomme ich sofort Ersatz. Lag wohl an Amazon die keine Rückerstattung vorgesehen hatten.

Amazing Customer Service My first time ever having an issue with a product was immediately resolved under warranty by hyggers friendly staff. I submitted a claim online and within a day I got an email by from an actual person. The experience was very personable and I felt like I was really taken care of. Excellent job Emma and Tammy!
