The hangers work perfectly and I don't have hygger lights. It's universal. The quality is great. Shipping was a little longer than I thought.. but im happy with this purchase.

I have bought several heaters from Hygger and while they do have a tendency to not last as long as I would like, the customer service is great. I was able to quickly get a replacement heater free of charge when mine stopped working 9 months after I bought it. Very pleased with the company's willingness to work with you with any issues!

Temp sensor schon bei 2 geräte nach 6 monate defect. Kein gutes produkt. Bei Amazon gekauft vor 6 monate und rücksendung nicht möglich. Nachdem Hygger dies gelesen hat bekomme ich sofort Ersatz. Lag wohl an Amazon die keine Rückerstattung vorgesehen hatten.

I love the quality of hygger products and the prices are competitive with other companies with similar products. But I had to drop my rating because of the delay in getting my purchases shipped. I ordered a sponge filter and heater over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I also ordered 30 shrimp and they were shipped within a couple of days and all arrived alive and well in about 3 days. Don't understand what the hold up is on my other items.

This company sells a great product at a very affordable price with, often, free shipping.

My initial purchase of 75w high par led light start having fan issue in a month of purchase. Hygger customer service took care of it fast even though is was Chinese new year. Took a point off for the light quality but will purchase again based on the experience.

My Hygger UV light malfunctioned after 2 months. I was disappointed that it lasted such a short amount of time, but Hygger support responded immediately (within hours) of my initial inquiry, and after asking for a video showing the malfunction, shipped out a new device to me within 48 hours. I would purchase from this Company again knowing it has an excellent customer service.
