When I received my order, it was not functioning. Contacted customer service and spoke with a friendly and helpful agent. Was told that my order would be replaced with no additional cost. I was emailed a printable return label and told I would receive the replacement in about 10 days, which I did. The entire process was made so easy with Hygger agents contacting me throughout. Definitely will buy from Hygger in the future if needed and recommend their products to others. Thank you for making this such a stress free process.

The shipping company damaged my package. While unfortunate, it definitely wasn't Hygger's fault. However Hygger worked with me and made sure I got what I ordered. I appreciate their quick help in resolving the issue I encountered, even though it wasn't with the product itself. I will definitely be coming back here for future purchases.
