I have hygger 2 wave pumps, 3 heaters, and 3 fans all helping keep my reef tank running great and the inhabitants healthy. They have worked flawlessly. I did have one fan go out and I contacted customer support and they responded within 24 hours. I told them the situation and they were very kind and courteous and quickly shipped me a replacement fan free of charge. I was very impressed that they not only sold great products but they backed them up as well. I would definitely recommend hygger products. You will be happy with them and should give them a try.

Wave Maker slowed, emailed company. Cleaned and tried everything they requested! They send out new replacement ,and back working!!!

I ordered a filter kit from them and it works great. i did have an issue with a part in the box but i reached out to the company and they sent me a new part right away, very fast communication and amazing support support.

I am extremely happy with my Hygger HOB aquarium filter. It is very well made and appears to be very efficient. I did have a question about the set up and I emailed their Customer Service Team. I got an immediate response from Tammy with a very detailed explanation. I am very, very impressed with the product and the service!

There was an air leak on the seal. I reached out to the company and they were very quick to respond and sent me a replacement. Shipping was fast. I was pleasantly surprised with the lvl of support and professionalism with Hygger. Great product & great company!

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had purchased a UV Light to help with "the green" appearance in my fish tank. When I received my UV Light, it did not work properly. I messaged Hygger and the customer service rep I had was OUTSTANDING! Immediately sent me a new UV Light and kept me updated throughout the whole process. 100/10!
