My gravel cleaner quit working and I could not repair it. Hygger gladly replaced it at no charge.

I purchased a Hygger HG147-1000W with AC 110-120V/60Hz heater for my turtle pond. Unfortunately, the product arrived to me broken. When I installed the heater, it made a constant beeping noise and displayed a code 66 on it. That same night of receiving the heater on 8/2; I emailed Hygger Customer Support to notify them of the issues and ask for assistance with the next steps. I had to provide them my order details and a video of the flawed heater including an image of my turtle pond. Two days later on 8/4, I received a message from Hygger Customer Support team stating that a replacement heater was being mailed to me free of charge and to discard the broken heater I had received on 8/2. On 8/7, 5 days after initial contact with Hygger, I received a replacement heater in working, great condition. Their team even contacted me again on 8/10 to confirm that I received the new product and to make sure it was working properly. Hygger provided a first class customer support experience for me. Not only were they efficient in response times, but made the process simple and easy, while also providing me a new working heater in just under a week! I highly recommend using Hygger to anyone who might be considering an online order or concerned with refund/return of items arriving broken. Hygger went above and beyond! I wish all online businesses treated their customers as Hygger treated me, providing a first class experience for their customers. Thank you, Hygger Team!! You all are great! I will be referring Hygger to others and I will be purchasing from this company again and again and again, just because of the top notch experience I had with them!

I love the quality of hygger products and the prices are competitive with other companies with similar products. But I had to drop my rating because of the delay in getting my purchases shipped. I ordered a sponge filter and heater over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped. I also ordered 30 shrimp and they were shipped within a couple of days and all arrived alive and well in about 3 days. Don't understand what the hold up is on my other items.

I had an issue with one of my UVB lights. I contacted Hygger on a Friday and explained the issue. I received an email very quickly and was able to figure out how to diagnose the problem . Hygger was quick to respond and was able to help me even on a weekend. Their products have always been well made and the company stands behind them. Highly recommended.

Ordered two gyre style crossflow wave makers. They both worked great upon installation, but one of them broke in less than a day. Must have been a faulty motor, it happens. I reached out to customer support, and they were very helpful in attempting to help me troubleshoot the problem. And when none of the fixes worked, they sent me a new motor with no hassle. I just received the replacement at no charge to me, and it works great! Overall happy with the product quality, very quiet operation with a high output and lots of settings! Hopeful that these will last me a long time
