great products and excellent customer service. I had an issue where the probe was missing due to a restock at their warehouse. I contacted customer service and they had one shipped to me within 2 weeks. I'm about to build a 20 gal and will be using all of their products. thanks so much CG

One of the reviews I read said that it was next to impossible to get replacement bulbs for the 9w UV light I have. I'm not sure what they were talking about because all I did was email Hygger. I got a response almost immediately and the replacement bulbs were in the mail that week. Great customer service and good products if your are not trying to break the bank

Hygger provided excellent customer service. The original power adapter for my aquarium LED light had an annoying coil whine, which was particularly noticeable at night. After I contacted support, they responded quickly and handled the issue very professionally. They sent me a replacement power adapter, and the new one is completely quiet. I really appreciate the fast response and the effective solution. Highly recommended!

So I purchased from their Amazon store and even though my amazon return window had gone, I emailed them for help with my lights as one of the three stopped working. they were incredibly fast at communication and determined a replacement was the best option, soon I got my new lights in under 3 days after they confirmed the replacement was best. I have bought several heaters from Hygger and while they do have a tendency to not last as long as I would like, the customer service is great. I was able to quickly get a replacement heater free of charge when mine stopped working 9 months after I bought it. Very pleased with the company's willingness to work with you with any issues!
