I am an aquarist that has been in the hobby since 1978. I have seen many changes in aquarium. My equipment of choice in the past few years has been Hygger. Hygger products have worked well for me, they are well made, stylish (for aquarium equipment), yet priced well. No matter how good a product is, there can still be problems, and mine were no exception, a UV filter that was damaged in shipping, a backpack filter that was not working properly, and a lamp that quit working. The true worth of a company is revealed in how they handle a problem. Hygger customer is outstanding. When you contact them, they promptly respond and work with you to solve the problem.

The hangers work perfectly and I don't have hygger lights. It's universal. The quality is great. Shipping was a little longer than I thought.. but im happy with this purchase.

I am extremely impressed and pleased with this company. I ordered 10 Skittle shrimp (received 11),all alive. The packaging was the best I have seen from any company from which I have ordered shrimp. I purchased the 967 feeder and it worked fine, initially. I had it programmed for a morning and afternoon feedings. After about a month it wouldn’t feed in the morning. I troubleshooted with their tech team and they determined a malfunction of some kind. Without delay, they sent a replacement for no charge. It’s nice to do business with a company who stands behind their product!
