Really nice and fast Support

I bought a heater for my 120 gallon Planted Discus tank. Unfortunately we had some problems with it. Hygger responded to my email within 24 hours and sent a replacement right away. A problem is not a problem when you have excellent customer service.

I’m so unhappy with this brand. I had one of their 46 inch aquarium lights. It arrived the power cord exposed so I had to use electric tape to cover it. I threw the shipping box out and didn’t have a way to prepackage and return so I dealt with it. Around 6 months later, the controller buttons started to crack and the timer started shutting off the light 3 hours earlier than it’s supposed to. I wrote a bad review about it, and then I reached out Hygger per their suggestion. Hygger sent me a replacement but I didn’t use the replacement immediately. By the time I opened the box, I saw that the replacement light had no power cord (attached to the side of the light) so they basically sent me a light with a hole on the side with no way to connect it. There was also AC power adapter which is the separate cord you use to connect with the cord attached to the light itself. Basically, both cords missing created a useless LED panel. At this point, I was fed up. I would contact Hygger again but it’s already been too long. Their quality control is terrible! I wish I could get my money back for this Hygger light because it was such a waste of time!

Having done research on 5 companies, Hygger came 2nd for the best plant lighting available based on PAR, Lumens, Kelvin etc. I chose Hygger because they were infinity better value compared to the company which came 1st on the list (though having used their product before I do rate it highly). I contacted Hygger using their convenient WhatsApp channel and was able to speak to them in more detail about their lighting range, and also how I can put through a larger order. Their customer service has been nothing short of friendly and amazing, and the methods of communication have made these talks quick, convenient, casual and friendly. I highly recommend using their WhatsApp for chats on the go. Highly recommended this company and their products based of price, effectiveness and customer service.

Excellent customer service. My heater was almost out of warranty when if went out. I reached out to Hygger and not only did they respond quickly they sent me the new upgraded model to replace it.

Iv been keeping planted tanks and fish now for 15 years iv had about 20 aquarium light in this time .Had the hygger 18w light for a year now I would not purchase it again who designed this. There is no way to control the setting on this light unless you have the moonlight blue led going all night long which no one wants if you running a planted tank you want the light unit to go off completely to give the fish a rest and the plants from the light.This means that you can't set the with the controller to dim it if you are getting algea or it's to bright.even if you have a separate plug timer it turns on on full power iv tryed everything. I have to get up every morning and mess about with the aquarium light controller to set it to the desired light level. Who every designed this controller on the light has not got a clue about planted tanks and aquariums .. Shockingly bad. I'm going to buy another light unit ...Lee

I purchased Wavemaker HGH042 for my new reef tank. The controls are easy to use. The pump is powerful. The included mesh cover is a nice addition to keep livestock safe.
