I have had the suction lights on 2 matching 36 gallon bow front tanks. The lights have been set on 24 hour cycle for 6 months. The beautiful red morning sets the mood for the day. The fish really respond to the changes in light as the day progresses. It does get dark so I still flip on the regular hood lights,for viewing. The fish don't like the light. Programming was easy and I never mess with lights. On a couple of occasions the suction cups let go and the lights partially submerged. No big deal. Highly recommend.

I think your custom support is excellent, If Luna is an example of your team's service, then you have some dam good employees. I don't normally leave feedback this is well deserved! Thank You again Luna.

Excellent company to deal with, purchased my second aquarium heater in November 2023, unfortunately it stopped working in August 2024, spoke to luna from hygger and they sent a replacement asap, was speedy in replying back and had my new heater within 7 days of original email. Can't fault them at all x

Lamp is defect after only a few hours of work . Poorest quality!

I ordered a koi fish feeder back in October of 2023, it stopped working in April of 2024, I contacted Hygger customer service they responded within 24 hrs, I was instructed to perform some troubleshooting on my fish feeder, unfortunately none of them corrected my particular problem. Therefore with the excellent support from Iris in the customer service department, they sent me a new fish feeder. I could not ask for any better service from this company. Would highly recommend purchasing products from Hygger. Chuck Grant.

I had a fantastic support when called in from Luna. Was very fair and direct. Walked me through troubleshooting and resolved my issue. I have 4 lights with hygger and I love the auto time function and the brightness of the 42W sets. Will be a long time customer

I received a hygger digital heater and a hygger 30ft tank vacuum from my wishlist for my rescue pond. It stays at the desired temperature no matter the weather. 100% worth the money and the vacuum works amazing, I can't wait to get more hygger gear!! 10/10
