I had recently bought hygger’s electronic aquarium brush cleaning kit through Amazon. I used it once and it stopped working. I contacted hygger through their website and explained the issue. We traded a few emails while they were suggesting some possible fixes. After none of those, worked they immediately sent me a new kit. I was very impressed how they stood behind their product and their customer support was very responsive. I will have no reservations about purchasing hygger products in the future!

THIS HEATER IS A DEATH TRAP AND THE SELLER KNOWS THIS BUT KEEPS DELETING ALL THEIR BAD REVIEWS TO KEEP SELLING. THIS HEATER ALMOST KILLED ME AND THEY SHOULD NEVER BE SELLING THIS CHEAP DEATH MACHINE. I plugged it in and in a few seconds it was making a loud buzzing noise, turned bright orange and then imploded with a loud bang and filled the room with smoke and burnt electrical smell. The explosion could have killed me and set the house on fire. This happened in a matter of seconds after turning it on and it was unavoidable and left me no time to react. I'm scared to use aquarium heaters now. Take this product off the market because people will die from this and it is unsafe and illegal! I will be spreading the word about this and the fact that you ACTIVELY DELETE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THAT TRUTHFULLY CALL OUT THIS CHEAP BOM of a product that I purchased and it almost killed me. I am sure that you cheap cts will delete this feedback along with all your other honest reviews about how terrible these products are will just get deleted as you are all just out to screw over the consumer for a petty dollar. I hope you change your ways before someone gets hurt but who cares about the consumer as long as they buy it right? Being new to keeping Marine fish, I did research on the cost of equipment, I realised how expensive it was going to be. The Hygger heating system caught my eye, so looked into it further. If there's one thing other than a filter system I wasn't prepared to compromise on, it was the aquarium heater, so I read the reviews and watch some YouTube vids. I chose the Hygger 200W LCD aquarium heater. It was 2 weeks before I placed it in the tank and began to cycle before adding livestock. Everything was ok, until I had a problem, too late to send back to Amazon, 30 days had lapsed, so I contacted Hygger, and after a couple of emails, they have sent out a replacement. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding of the problem and acting as efficiently as they have. Their customer service is outstanding. I will have no problem in returning for further purchases and advice if I need it. Great people to deal with.

Hygger earned some serious brand loyalty from me! I purchased (2) 36W 36 inch long hygger full spectrum aquarium lights. After about 3 months the light burned out. I reached out to hygger via email... I was skeptical. The next morning Luna reached back out to me and asked for a video to ensure the testing was accurate. She was able to confirm my findings and the next day replied with next steps for me. Luna the. Sent me a final email confirming that my replacement will be in the mail and would receive it in 3 to 5 business days. 3 business days later I got home and my new light was there! Luna was efficient, empathetic, and just awesome! Luna just earned hygger a lifetime customer. I am 12 years in the hobby and a customer service manager for a fortune 500 company. You were great!

Luna was very helpful in replacing my light. I have multiple hygger products and have had a few issues with this specific light. They have always responded immediately and got me replacement power sources and now a replacement light. I will continue to use hyggar for their customer service alone

Luna in customer service was quick to respond to my need of a replacement for a 500 watt heating element under warranty. I contacted Hygger via email and after a short further exchange of information she sent me a new unit!

Got a hygger gravel aquarium cleaner first one made it thru ONE cleaning and was spraying water all over the place near and at the spigot end contacted the company the sent me a replacement against my better judgment.... would have preferred a refund since it barely made it thru one use. The replacement didn't even last one use. Do not waste ur money on this product... it truly is a piece of junk.

I bought the 800W Hygger Aquarium Heater in November 2022. All was well until earlier this month when it stopped working. I reached out to Hygger customer service team, they responded right away and provided excellent service. After diagnosing the issue, they sent me a brand new replacement heater. Thank you so very much for the 5-star service!
