Purchased several Hygger aquarium heaters three or four years ago for 150 and 125 gallon aquariums. The heaters have worked flawlessly. No issues with them whatsoever. Hygger is an outstanding company to deal with and provide top quality aquarium products at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I purchased hygger's acrylic air stone. The appearance is very different from the one I had before. The exterior is transparent, and a small clip is included to adjust the amount of bubbles. The design is very unique! It can be well hidden in the bottom of my tank and make it more wonderful.

HG902 heater died after 2 months use. No support from company. Intially responded to first email for assistance, then no response to follow up emails. Heater cost over $100. Would expect better quality and customer service when paying that amount.

I've now bought two items made by Hygger: A smart heater A smart light Both products were extremely well packaged and had concise instructions. The build quality of both FAR surpassed my expectations (especially considering the very reasonable price). I'm especially impressed with the light as it's so adaptab!d in its functionality. I DID have a few questions regarding the light and customer services replied with answers within a day! Great products and great company!

Purchased a new Hygger Automatic Feeder (HG-967) for our pond. The unit appears to be high quality and well designed. Assembly is basic and easily mounted by our pond. This unit has been operational for about a week now with no issues. My heart burn is with the instructions for programing the feeding times and quantities. These instructions are very confusing but I was able to finally figure out how program the unit. I read other reviews on the Automatic Feeder and found reviews or complaints regarding the instructions as well. I took the time, after figuring out the required programing, to redraft the instructions completely so others might not get frustrated in programing this unit. I was hoping to include a file attachment in this review, but can't do so as there is no way to attach a file. Maybe someone can show me how to attach a file in this forum. Bottom line, I found the feeder acceptable, does what it says it will do and appears reliable for now. I have a second pond and will probably purchase a second Automatic Feeder. I am a retired Aviation Safety Inspector and have written numerous safety procedures. I will save this draft so I can remember how to easily program a second feeder when the time comes. Let me know if I can help folks to understand how to program this unit.

I have been happy with every purchase I have made with Hygger! They have wonderful Customer service, who always get back to you in a timely manor. I have 45 aquariums and we are currently working on replacing all the lights with Hygger lights, my plants absolutely love the Adavance Full Spectrum 24/7 lights. Their Air pumps are extremely quiet and work wonderfully. Their products are very fairly priced especially for the quality! I highly recommend Hygger products!
