I have an auto on/off aquarium light from Hygger that I absolutely love, and have been using for about a year and a half now. Recently the power cord went out on it, and after a quick email they sent me a replacement cord completely free of any charge and hassle. Their customer service is truly fantastic! I’ll be buying more from them for sure.

I own two Hygger filters, and while I’m generally happy with the brand, the HG108-8W Hang-on-back Canister Filter didn’t meet my expectations. Even though it’s rated 8W for larger tanks, its flow feels weaker than my HG150-6W (6W) backpack filter. I even ran them together in the same tank, and the 6W filter was noticeably stronger. I’m not saying Hygger filters are bad overall — I just had an issue with this specific model and wanted to share my experience. Hopefully, this feedback helps others, and maybe the company can clarify if my unit is defective.
