Tammy and the Hyger team have been so helpful in setting up my 10g tank. I ordered the Hyger USB sponge filter, and unfortunately received the size M, as opposed to the size S as needed. Upon this realization, Tammy was quick in offering support and getting me the correct solution! The product itself sits perfectly in my tank, and I love the multiple use options it provides. My tank is perfect with it!

I loved the look of the heater and ease of installation and use. The instructions were clear. This is the second one I have had the first lasting just over a year. Which I put down to bad luck. After 9 months the second heater also broke down with the same fault. This was quickly dealt with by Emma in the customer service team and replaced with a new one. Can't fault the customer service but the Jury is out on the reliability of the product in the long term.

Heb onlangs een Hygger aquarium verlichting gekocht en hoewel het een prima product is en goed werkt. Heb je een ingenieursdiploma nodig om het zelf in te stellen. Er was geen nederlandse handleiding en dus mailde ik de klantendienst in America en daar werd me vriendelijk verteld dat er geen nederlandstalige handleiding was. Europa verplicht bedrijven een handleiding in de taal van het land waar het product word verkocht te voorzien.

I had, for what reason ever, problems with settings on fish feeder. Service and recommendations were always fast, on point and very friendly. Great team and great service! Thank you! Beside above said, feeder is really well designed and fabricated (I have had lot of other equipment for my 1,000l fish basin and I can compare it).

I received a light that had been damaged during shipment. Hygger customer support replaced for free and did it very quickly! Communication was great -- they even followed up after the new light had been delivered to make sure everything was OK. Top tier customer service!
