I purchased a pair of these 19.2" (12W) lightbars in July 2025. Really love the 24/7 light mode, which mimics the daylight cycle and makes the fish look amazing. All the fish colors seem more vibrant. Recently, in October, had a failed LED (out of 72 LEDs per lightbar). Contacted Hygger via emails for warranty support. The tech was very prompt in response and walked us through a simple troubleshooting process. Then after, the tech sent out the replacement unit. Could not be happier with the attention the support team provided. Good products and even greater after-sale support. Highly recommend these lightbars to everyone, who looks to light up their aquarium tank.

Customer service was second to none. My point of contact couldn't be more helpful. I bought an aquarium heater, but unfortunately it broke down within a year. A quick email, followed up with a few photos showing the failure resulted in a replacement at my door. Too service team!

Hi I have had aquariums since I was a kid and the hobby has gotten some what expensive. I really like hygger products because they are so reasonable priced. There tech support was also great. I had an issue with a heater. They were nice and got me a replacement. I couldn’t be happier Thanks!!!!
