I waited and waited to receive a tracking number didn’t receive one, so I emailed customer service they responded within a reasonable time and actually when I woke up that same day I dad my package and they had also emailed me saying it had been delivered. Unfortunately, the glass water bottle I ordered arrived in pieces. I immediately took pictures and sent a email to the company’s email address. To my surprise Jessica answered my email immediately and I received a confirmation number for my replacement HydroMate glass water bottle. The customer service exceeded my expectation.

Not only do I love these bottles but the customer service is amazing. I try to drink a gallon of water a day and this makes it so easy. The customer service is also just as amazing because they get back to you so quickly. Great product and great service.😊

I ordered the Rose Gold drinking water bottle and instead I got the plain pink water bottle. I reached out to customer service and they were very friendly and polite. As soon as I sent a picture of the wrong item, they got right on it and corrected it. I would recommend Hydromate to anyone.

I love my Hydromate, recently broken my flip top lid, wrote to customer service on a Saturday evening thinking I would hear back from them when the next business day opened. I was so surprised when I heard back from Jessica that same evening. She gave me information and instructions how to purchase a replacement top and even provided a discount for my order. Game changer for me! I’ve embarked on a healthier lifestyle journey that requires me to drink at least one gallon of water per day. I purchased the half water gallon bottle in rose gold and miraculously a gallon is no longer an issue for me!
