My order did not come when it was suppose to. Every time I would email them they immediately emailed me right back. They sent me another item for free. My original order ended up coming so I let them know and they told me to keep both item. Super friendly, efficient, and polite. Very pleased!!

My experience with HydroMATE and Jessica was SUPERB!!! As lovely as the bottle is the first bottle I received was damaged. I sent an email and Jessica promptly responded, requested I send a picture of the damaged bottle and before I knew it my new bottle was already shipped. The customer service was seamless and easy I will definitely be ordering more from HydroMATE. Thanks Jessica for all your help!!!😊❤

My family loves hydromate! We lost some pieces they do not have replacement pieces but they gave me a 15% discount to order a new hydromate cup. I have had the best customer service and best luck with this company I will be a customer for a very long time.

I haven't gotten to use mine yet, as mine was damaged when I got it in the mail. My bottle was unusable, big hole on bottom. I left an email about this issue to hydromate about it, all I had to do is send them a picture of my bottle. Once I was able to do take picture and send it to them, I was emailed later same day that my new bottle was in the mail. Thanks Jessica at CS. My gallon bottle with sleeve does not stay cold for a decent timeframe . The cups sold at Walmart under the name “ ozark “ work much better . When I complained, this was the response I received : Thank you for reaching out! The amount of time your beverage will stay chilled in the insulated sleeve will depend heavily on the temperature of the beverage when placed in the sleeve, whether ice is added to the bottle, etc. We are not able to guarantee the length of time the liquid will stay cold due to this. For health and sanitation purposes, HydroMate does not accept returns or exchanges. I've become obsessed with the hydromate water bottles. After buying one for myself and seeing how much it helps me stay hydrated throughout the day, I bought 5 more (friends and family).
