They were very helpful and took the time to help me with the issue i was having with my order. My mailing address apt number was left out so I did not receive my order. I emailed the company and they sent out a new order with the correct mailing address . They was quick with responding and made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you

I haven’t had my bottle for a year and I’ve noticed staining even after cleaning after every use. Turns out there’s mold growing in my bottle! Underneath all of the lining! Please be careful!

I received defective water bottles in the mail and the company only offered a partial refund. The straw didn’t generate water because there was no hole on one of the ends. The company representative sent an instruction video on how to use the water bottle which made no sense. The other bottle had a big dent in the front. I sold both bottles to a co-worker who was willing to repair the bottles and use them. From this experience, I no longer respond to merchants through social media. This company ought to be a shame of themselves for refusing to give a full refund on defective merchandise.

I liked the product and thought I was supporting American business. On the bottom of the bottle it says made in China. Stop saying this is an American business. It's false advertising.

I canceled my subscription two weeks ago I was charged for it Now my account is in the negative

Fun to fill up with water and fruit. The encouraging words for each time really does motivate me to do what needs to be done.

Love love their product! I have three different sized bottles, got 2 more for my kids.
