First off I just want to say thank you to Jessica.S she put a replacement bottle in for me since the first one was lost with the parcel service. I'm extremely happy with my new hydromate bottle! Keeps me accountable to stay hydrated 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 I've gotten so many compliments on it already. Thank you!

These reviews are laughable. The letters will rub from these bottles in two weeks and Jessica Stevens will tell you to buy another for 15% off. If you push back they'll say Oh well. Guess what, call your bank instead. You shouldn't pay for trash products and this company stands behind nothing they cheaply produce. The credit card company however will go for these jokers.

Hydromate probably has the best customer service I have ever went through. I had an issue with my water bottle and they were able to work through the problem with me and help me get it resolved in a day. I will forever stand by these products because you can certainly tell the workers care about their people. Plus the water bottles they have are super adorable. Forever a customer for hydromate!

Horrible customer service did not get my product will not answer any phone calls and will not respond to any emails. I am out two Hydromate jugs and I’m very disappointed. My delivery did not make it to my house yet it said it was delivered. Be very careful with this company.

I ordered 2 of the 32oz Hydromate Bottles. They got lost in shipping and when I contacted their support they kept me updated on the tracking and when they'd arrive. After 3 weeks I finally got my bottles and one was broken. After contacting support, Jessica assisted me and sent me out a new bottle immediately to replace the broken one and gave an additional 15% off my next order. All in all, even with the issues I had, customer support made it easy to deal with, and they are why I will continue to order products from them.
