Customer service to replace my cracked jug was quick and easy! Very sweet lady emailed me back right away and said my replacement is on the way!!

I received a partial order and when I emailed them I got an immediate response explaining why my order was coming at different times. I think that was the fastest response I’ve ever had from a company. 👍🏻

Great customer service! My order wasn’t delivered. And as soon as I emailed I received a order confirmation with my new order. Thank you to Jessica for making my day. I received my order and love my bottles. I believe it’s the delivery company used it’s not the first time it happens with them.

If I could give 0 stars I would .. I ordered over a month ago . Contacted them 2 weeks ago was told they couldn’t find my order and one would be sent out a week later I contacted them again for a shipping update they told me again they couldn’t find my order and gave me HAlF my money back . Messaged them a week later for a update and they STILL haven’t responded . I told them over and over again I haven’t gotten my order a month later and they even confirmed my bottle wasn’t sent out and will not give me a refund or send me a bottle . The ignoring and back and forth is ridiculous I will be telling everyone that ask NOT to order for them . They need to make it right

I ordered 2 items one came broken and I contacted them and they got back to me within minutes and sent me a new item. Love how nice they are and how fast they resolved every thing 💕

Besides the watter bottle being great and very motivating, the customer service does a great job complying to all your needs. One of my jugs got lost during delivery and they sent me another one free at charge. You guys are the best and hope your business keeps growing !

I love my Hydromate bottle and it really was helping me drink more water. Unfortunately, after a few days my life got stuck and I couldn’t get it off. I contacted Hydromate support and they sent me another bottle free of charge. Great customer service!

I absolutely love my Hydromate water bottle!! I bought the gallon size bottle and it really helps me to keep track of my water. I love water but had a hard time keeping track of my consumption…..this was the perfect answer. Their customer service department is very helpful and prompt in responding. I received a duplicate order and they were very quick in replying and handling the issue.
