I ordered 2 of the 32oz Hydromate Bottles. They got lost in shipping and when I contacted their support they kept me updated on the tracking and when they'd arrive. After 3 weeks I finally got my bottles and one was broken. After contacting support, Jessica assisted me and sent me out a new bottle immediately to replace the broken one and gave an additional 15% off my next order. All in all, even with the issues I had, customer support made it easy to deal with, and they are why I will continue to order products from them.

I love my HydroMate and i also buy them for gifts! I buy the half gallon size and i drink 2 of them a day. I have had 2 that have cracked on the side. But i love them so much, that i buy another. Once i bought the full gallon side. But it was too heavy to lug around. I love your jugs, HydroMate!

I got a Hydromate half gallon jug a few weeks back. The bottom of the jug busted out within the first week which was a bummer... BUT I emailed customer service about it and within minutes of sending my email they had already shipped me a new one! Besides the jug breaking, I really loved it! And I would still very much recommend this product - especially since the customer service is so great! ☺️

I love the glass water bottles. I brought one and loved it so much that I purchased a second one for myself and another for my spouse. The one for my spouse included a cover. The reason for 4 stars is that the glass bottle with that is enclosed with the plastic case - the case is supposedly removable, but we could not remove it. Even with the wrench that’s included, we could not remove it. That was disappointing. I would recommend buying the bottles without the plastic case.

I purchased the one gallon hydro mate bottle and matching sleeve. The quality is superb at an amazing price! Also, the encouraging words on the bottle truly help you to reach your goals!! Smartest purchase this year!

Shipping was delayed but Jessica from customer service was very helpful in explaining why. She refunded my shipping right away. She was very kind and it was very quick response time. Highly recommended.
