It is really a scam the water taste like rubber! Don't buy it

They are a terrible product, the garbage they add into it caused kidney issue to my brother. Tried to return them but they won’t due it, even though their items can kill people. Should have figured a company who doesn’t accept return is because they know their items are garbage!

Bought the half gallon bottle & the sleeve for it !!! The bottle split at the seam on the bottom of the bottle !! I write them about this was inky the third time I used it , they said they would sell me another at 25% off !!!!! REALLY !!!! They do nit drags behind their product DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY 💰

I purchased 2 gallon bottles, package of assorted electrolyte packets and 2 insulated sleeves. One of the bottles cracked in less than 2 months. I didn't drop the bottle. There was no reason for it to crack. I emailed customer service to see what they could do for me. They said they guarantee their bottles will last for years. All I was offered was a code for 15% off a new bottle. Why would I buy a new bottle if the bottle I bought broke so soon. So much for the guarantee of lasting for years.

These reviews are laughable. The letters will rub from these bottles in two weeks and Jessica Stevens will tell you to buy another for 15% off. If you push back they'll say Oh well. Guess what, call your bank instead. You shouldn't pay for trash products and this company stands behind nothing they cheaply produce. The credit card company however will go for these jokers.

Horrible customer service did not get my product will not answer any phone calls and will not respond to any emails. I am out two Hydromate jugs and I’m very disappointed. My delivery did not make it to my house yet it said it was delivered. Be very careful with this company.

My gallon bottle with sleeve does not stay cold for a decent timeframe . The cups sold at Walmart under the name “ ozark “ work much better . When I complained, this was the response I received : Thank you for reaching out! The amount of time your beverage will stay chilled in the insulated sleeve will depend heavily on the temperature of the beverage when placed in the sleeve, whether ice is added to the bottle, etc. We are not able to guarantee the length of time the liquid will stay cold due to this. For health and sanitation purposes, HydroMate does not accept returns or exchanges. If I could give 0 stars I would .. I ordered over a month ago . Contacted them 2 weeks ago was told they couldn’t find my order and one would be sent out a week later I contacted them again for a shipping update they told me again they couldn’t find my order and gave me HAlF my money back . Messaged them a week later for a update and they STILL haven’t responded . I told them over and over again I haven’t gotten my order a month later and they even confirmed my bottle wasn’t sent out and will not give me a refund or send me a bottle . The ignoring and back and forth is ridiculous I will be telling everyone that ask NOT to order for them . They need to make it right
