Hi Gary, thank you for reaching out and I do apologize for that you were dissatisfied with your experience with HVAC Direct. In reviewing the information on the order, I was able to see that a manufacturing delay did affect your order, and again I do apologize. We did reach out to you immediately to ensure you were informed of the issue and offered other options that were immediately available. In tracking your shipment, I see that it is expected to deliver to you on the 26th. Please know, our customer service manager will also be reaching out to discuss your order. Chris provided an outstanding customer service and was able to clarify all of my concerns regarding my request for AC units.

I purchased a heat pump AC/Furnace unit. There was an issue with an electrical board and a failed 24 VAC transformer. The company would not provide support. I had to purchase the items myself and conduct the repair. The salesman for the unit mis-represented the capabilities just to make a sale. The companies products are sub standard, the sales/technician 'Matthew' is a poor employee and Jack Campbell is the Brand Manager who is negligent to the customer's needs. In the end I made a poor decision going to HVACDirect.com for their sub-standard ACIQ brand. Update: I was unable to respond to HVACdirect.com reply on this website. The part (Outside Unit communication board) was paid by me; it was not provided under warranty. Once I installed the board it was discovered that the 24VAC transformer in the air handling unit was only outputting .1mVAC. When I reached out to management they said they would attempt to support. After that I have called 5 times and emailed countless times with no response. I had no support to find this issue in the first place, but utilized my experience to solve the issue myself. HVACdirect.com does not have the personal capable of supporting products in person or support over the website. HVACdirect.com does not care about the customer once the initial sale has been processed. I made the mistake by purchasing from HVACdirect.com and purchasing an ACIQ unit.

Hello Sergio, I apologize that you were dissatisfied with your experience with HVAC Direct. I did review the order and noticed that our tech team did initially begin working with you; however, there was a delay caused in resolution due to employee changes within the team. Again, I do apologize. However, I do see that the purchased part was refunded to you and a free part was delivered to you on Sept. 8th under warranty. Regarding your sales representative, I have reviewed the call at the time of sale, and have been able to find the error in communication. Please know that we have provided additional training for our sales team to ensure this does not occur again. We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a great day!
