Very disappointed with the company and the revolver brand. Before I placed the order they assured me they have the product in stock ready to deliver, right after I placed the order and paid, they told me they were back ordered. It took about 6 weeks to deliver. About 3 weeks after the unit was installed it broke down without any warning, with the temperature over 108. We are an elderly couple with health issues and we can't stand this temperature. We opted to call a local company to come and check the unit, and they found that all refrigerant was leaked through the factory weld line. I contacted hvacdirect and they refuse to refund for the cost of the repairs.

Easy to find the info I needed on their website, and our salesperson Chris K. made purchasing and arranging delivery of the packaged system to a nearby logistics center a breeze! This is our second purchase through HVAC Direct (first was a ducted mini-split system) and we will definitely use them again if we have future needs.

Everything was fine! Only thing it just seem like it took forever to get your order, 3 weeks for me, but I know it’s probably because you’re a busy place! I got my Mr. cool hooked up and it is very nice! And then you had a sale after I got it hooked up! You got a rebate sale of $1000 off or $2000 off. I wish I would’ve waited. Spent $6000 on my system. I Didn’t get nothing back, at least I’m cool now would’ve been nice to get a rebate! L Ray Hutchinson, Kansas

The communication was not as smooth as I would prefer. The item was out of stock, I never received a notice of this information. If I had not followed up daily, I do not believe I would have received an item. Trying to get in contact was nearly impossible.

I purchased an air conditioner, coil and new copper tubing. It was delivered timely and I paid a reputable company to install it. After two weeks, the air conditioner was not working. The freon had all leaked out because the coil had a tiny pinhole in the center of it. The company agreed to replace the coil but I had paid over 1000 for the install. The company is now saying that the re-install and replacement of freon is going to be my expense. I am 65 with congestive heart failure, the heat is killing me. I have tried numerous times to talk with the representatives of the company and they continue to say it is not their responsibility. It is going to cost another 1200 for the tear out and reinstall and also the replacement of the freon. The company agreed to pay for a new coil but not the install. I believe that is wrong and I have no way of paying for the re-install. I would like to update my review of this company. I really appreciate the efforts made by Melissa to resolve this situation. I now have "an air conditioner that is running properly and efficiently". I have a company who reached out to me and did "THE RIGHT THING" and we have resolved the situation completely. I have used this company several times in the past. We have ordered numerous air conditioners from them and have never had any problems, so was really surprised when I was unable to resolve the problems. Good product, good service, product came on time, but I was not notified by phone as promised.

Order received in great shape. No apparent damage, but have not installed yet. Installation instructions are not very clear on some points. Unit is of high quality construction. Comparable to packages costing thousands more. Those folks in China are working real hard to up their game.
