Great service and great deal.

Please stay away from this company. I recently made my second purchase from here and am completely disappointed. The wrong furnace and ac unit was shipped compared to what I paid for. Talked to Alisha and was told they decided to swap products from what I actually paid for. Which is illegal. This place should be shut down immediately, stay away this place sucks!

I had a great experience dealing with Kevin. Order a package unit on a Monday was delivered the following Monday. My experience was great and would definitely recommend to family and friends

I was lucky enough to have Chris help answer my many questions. He not only had all the answers at his fingertips but his delivery, manner, honesty and prompt responses were fantastic. HVAC Direct is a great idea and you hit the nail on the head when you point out how local retailers can play games. That had been my prior experience. As a senior citizen on very limited income, I appreciate straight talk, itemized references, no brand loyalty and Chris. Your website was right on time.

A great experience from sales to customer service. Cal was knowledgeable and very patient. I was apprehensive with ordering Chinese equipment, ACIQ. After considerable research I found the same equipment is made for Carrier, Bryant and Heil and many others. Equipment arrived in one day from ordering. Had a problem with the freight Co. but Renee in customer service was very helpful and rectified the issue. Would use HVAC direct again in a heart beat. Thanks Cal and Renee.

Ease of ordering and checkout was great, knowledge of online help and question for selecting the correct equipment was top notch. Only issue I had was one of the wall sleeves for my line set was crushed. Was able to repair it and make it usable.

Kevin was great. He answer all my questions and concerns about the unit, he even recommended a better choice. PS: I'm a newbie 🤫. I'm planning to order my unit soon.
