Missing 2-week order that was paid
The 2-week order that was paid for is not found. Out of the ten units that we ordered, they only found five and informed us that they do not have such orders, even with our bank statements sent to them. Don't make the same mistake as us and use a company that is not fast to take the money and ignore you for weeks. I spent hours on hold and at least ten emails and still have no idea of the order.

I do apologize you have been dissatisfied with your experience with HVAC Direct. In reviewing the information, I do see that tracking information was provided to you a few days ago for your first purchase - however, the second purchase was made under a different name and email, which did cause our reps an inability to locate the order with the information you were providing. This has been rectified and tracking for both purchases has been provided to you. If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to reach back out to us.
