This was an amazing experience, not because everything was perfect from the beginning, but because it wasn't...and hvacdirect exhibited OUTSTANDING customer service in making things right. I purchased a scratch-and-dent furnace (120k btu 96%) to save a few hundred bucks. Unfortunately the unit seems to have gotten severely damaged in shipment. And this was only discovered when the installers came in to do the install. I was super nervous how this was going to go, especially being that scratch-and-dent is non-returnable (sold as-is). But after calling and speaking to technical support, they processed a replacement unit that arrived within just a couple of days (shipped next day)! But even beyond this, the technical support team sent me a replacement inducer for the damaged unit that allowed me to make a deal to sell the originally damaged unit to my installer to offset my additional costs for them having to come out a second day. Wow! I actually reached out to support to order the part myself at my cost, but when the tech found out that this could help offset my additional costs, he sent it out free as a courtesy. Who does that nowadays! Special shout out to the tech Tim. They now have a customer for life!

Bought a unit from them. Had it installed by a pro. Unit needed work withing the first year. Second year fan motor went out. Pro diagnosed the fan and said it had a 5 year warranty. Contacted HVAC Direct. Was told a tech would contact me. (was told by main number we don't have enough techs) Two weeks later after I continually called, I got an email from a "tech." After talking to him, I was told I need proof that a pro put the furnace in. I emailed that to him. Then I was sent an email from the "tech" saying now he needed proof that a HVAC person diagnosed the fan motor that is warranted. That was emailed to him also. Now weeks later. The tech will not return me emails, nor will the site message service respond to why the tech or anyone will call so we can get the motor. This company is a joke. Happy to take your money for their junk units but never around when they have to honor warranty work. WAIST OF YOUR TIME.

Great service from placing the order to the delivery of the item. Can't wait to get it installed.

Shipped Damaged Mini Split (Customer Sevice Horrible). I received the unit & installed weeks later. I reported the units fins we badly damage, They basically said too bad because it was more than 3 days outside of my delivery. They offered me 50.00 to go away. This company has no business selling to the public with thet kind of service. Also spoke with a tech who was an ass. Again, in their reply they say I notified then decided to install. Not the case. I installed then noticed and called. They do nothing but deflect blame and say say for the confusion. They sell damaged products and offer 50.00 for concession on a 2300 product. Again, who would open a box and check it out before you intended to install. Buyer beware.

Honest and knowledgeable service, fast shipping and reliable products...what else could you ask for?

We got the furnace FAST and in good condition. Kudos to HVAC Direct and the R+L delivery drivers was awesome. Got the furnace hooked up and it started right up. I will reccomend to friends and family. They also had the best price I could find as well. Thx HVAC DIRECT!! My sister and her son are enjoying the warmth!!!

The fan blade set screw was not engaged (tight) to fan motor shaft causing the blades to come into contact with fan motor winding studs soon after start-up thus damaging the aluminum fan blades.

It took 6 weeks for my order to ship. Availability of unit should have been known before order accepted. Unit was poorly packaged and sustained a few dents and scratches. Since I had been so long without hrat and air I chose to install unit anyway.
