How come ever since Huntington has bought out Cadence the ATMs have been down? No money in them. I have tried multiple times to withdraw money at different locations and can’t get it anywhere. Piss poor way to start out. Would NOT recommend anyone to swap to Huntington.

Horrible customer service. The Bank has been sitting on a insurance company check for 5 weeks related to an insured loss at my home. I have numerous emails to the Bank’s insurance claims division as well as no less than 10 calls. On another matter the Bank held on to a large prepayment on a sons mortgage for more than 2 months before debiting the mortgage balance. Really?

Worst bank ever, when I tried to transfer money the transaction was cancelled by them after 3 days by email. I called and they said I had to verify my account at a branch and bring my statements of my external account that I wanted to transfer my money to, which I did. The following afternoon, they went and locked out my account after I verifed it in the morning and customer service told me to go verify my account again at a branch which I already did the in the morning. I called customer service and they said it would take 3 weeks to unlock my online accouint after they send a letter in the mail to me. I called the branch and they never called me back. I closed by account the following day.

I was a Veritex Bank customer for over 5 years and they were bought out by Huntington Bank . Huntington has been terrible with customer service and new fees . They topped themselves today at the Huntington Bank location in Irving Texas at 4300 N Beltline Rd for the worst customer service experience . I went to make a deposit and get a cashier check out of my business account . I was denied service for not removing my prescription sunglasses that I can see without having them on. I provided my current Texas Drivers license and debit card and removed my glasses see they could confirm my identity . I requested to speak to a manager and was told they were not in. They refused me service and were extremely rude . These women need customer service training and the manager should be ashamed that these are the employees they are putting on the teller windows to help customers with their money . I can not control that I need glasses to see and I feel very discriminated against for my visual impairment . I left without my banking needs being meet . I have filed a complaint with the corporate office of Huntington Bank. Huntington Bank has ruined the good reputation of the bank they took over . Be careful if you have vision issues because they will refuse you service if you need sunglasses to see the transaction in front of you .

I had opened my first account with them at the end of May. It took a couple of weeks for the direct deposit would deposit. That deposit went fine. Before my second deposit could be deposited, they put my account on hold. No call, no email, nothing. Then they closed my account the following week. Because they closed that account, my second deposit was deposited into that closed account. I have been trying to figure why it was closed. Everyone I talked to stated that I needed to wait for the letter. I finally got the letter and no where in it does it state that my account was going to be closed, just put on hold. Towards the end of the week, they told me it was rejected. Due to all of this, I lost my storage units today. They were auctioned off at 11a. Because of their actions with my direct deposit, I lost my storage units. I lost everything due to them closing my account. My direct deposited into the closed account was to pay my units paid up. But that didn't happen. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Please do not open an account unless you don't have any issues with your banking. This is the worst bank I have ever opened an account with.

Stay away from this bank. Im telling you. I opened a checking account online. They approved it, sent me my bank card, and checks. I did one single online check deposit for 1k. The put a 5 day hold on it then closed my accounts. I went into the branch to see what happened. They said the check was flagged by the fraud department. No reason given. The person who wrote me the check is a customer I do work for. They tried to tell me they didnt cash the check amd its still under review. I told them I know the guy and he sent proof they already cashed it and its cleared with chase bank no issues. I also showed them the actual check as I still have it because I deposited it online. They refused to give me the money and said I would have to wait up to 60 days for it. Its been 65 days now. So I called the branch again and now they say it can take up to 90 days. My warning to anyone out there. Is what if this was your savings etc you transfered over to them. You could be in major financial trouble if they held ot like they are doing my 1k. They honestly dont care. All they do is reference the paperwork you sign to open the account. Theres a loop hole saying they can fo this. So stay away there are many other options out there then this bank.

I've been reading these reviews and it looks like you guys are having problems budgeting. I can't tell you how many times I go to a store and try to leave a tip only to be rejected with, "Oh I can't take that." You gotta take the money, otherwise you go into debt. YOU PEOPLE ARE MAKING US ALL LOOK BAD. Although, some of us need it and some of us don't. I've never had a problem and I received $400 bonus 2 months ago which of whom my landlord demanded that I pay him. He stands about 4ft tall at 100lbs... I'm 6ft/200lbs. I'm sure I could throw him... He has increased the rent for next month as well! 🤪 Now, my standby cash has been defunded from $500 to $0. Obviously they know who and what they are hunting for. I only have 2 questions; WHAT DO YOU DO ABOUT THAT AND HOW AM I NOT THE LANDLORD?

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Absolutely the WORST most disorganized bank I have EVER dealt with. I have dealt with this bank for approximately 3 years now and month after month I need to call them to get principal and interest payment breakdowns on my loan ( they are not available any other way) and they can NEVER find the authorization to talk to me. I spend HOURS every month trying to get this information! I actually sold my broker dealer to a LARGE bank, I have a CPA and a half dozen securities licenses. Maybe they should hire me to fix their broken systems. I have to imagine I'm not the only customer complaining if it is this bad and they can't resolve the issue in 3 years.
